INTRODUCTION
I am a Christchurch piano/theory teacher with a teaching practice in Belfast, northern Christchurch.
I have always enjoyed working with individual students rather than in a classroom as the nature of
one-on-one teaching means that I am able to teach to each student's individual requirements. It is rewarding to be able to consider their learning style, previous musical experience, and musical preferences so that each student is taught according to their own strengths and technical requirements. My goal as a teacher is to foster a love of music in my students through developing their skill at the piano and broadening their musical experience.
In addition to piano teaching I am also an established collaborative pianist.

- Performance Workshops
- Student Recitals
- Experience in a variety of musical genres
- Musical skills training i.e. aural and sightreading
- A practice room for use before lessons. This includes an electric piano and a computer for theory and aural training
